1. Topdser non-refundable service orders in the following cases:

  • Mail sent to the United States for orders over 45 days (from the date you pay to Topdser.com) and other countries' order fulfillment time over 60 days.
  • Due to irresistible factors (such as epidemics, strikes, wars, international turbulence, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons) and other orders caused by delays or losses.
  • Because the customer's address is incorrect or unclear, the order cannot be completed.
  • The order tracking number check shows that the order has been delivered.
  • Due to buyer's reasons (such as size, dislike, etc.) Topdser does not provide refund service.
  • Complaints initiated by you or your customers (through PayPal disputes or other gateways, emails, etc.).

2. Delivery Countries Limits: Because of international shipping method ability limits, some of the shipping countries is pretty hard to be delivered.

Topdser will not accept any dispute about delivery once order dispatched if ship to countries below: Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Mexico, Brazil, Paraguay

3. Shipping Method Limits: Some shipping methods will be un-trackable when orders arrived at some Countries, State, City. Topdser will not accept any dispute when you choose shipping method and ship to the limit countries. And Topdser will not recommend you to use those shipping methods when delivery countries are limited.

China Post Registered Air Mail: The USA, UK, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Brazil, etc.

HKpost : The USA, UK, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Brazil, etc.

DHL: Remote address will charge additional cost, we will contact you once found it.

4. Topdser will provide refund or replacement for orders under the following conditions

  • The received goods are damaged.
  • The received goods are damaged but the customer does not need to replace and reissue.
  • For special products, the direct shipper should submit a dispute and provide a picture within 5 days of receipt of the goods. After verification by Topdser, it is confirmed that Topdser has caused the dispute.
  • For ordinary products, the direct shipper should submit a dispute and provide a picture within 2 days of receiving the goods, and Topdser verifies that it is Topdser's reason for the dispute.
  • Topdser has not processed your order yet.
  • Complaints initiated by customers due to Topdser (through PayPal disputes or other gateways, emails, etc.).

In the above situation, you need to provide photos of damaged items and screenshots of the received emails, so that Topdser can deal with disputes accurately and fairly after sale.

3. In the following cases, Topdser can provide a 30-day free warehousing service without refund, and overtime will destroy or charge a storage fee

  • The returned order was not received due to customer reasons.
  • Due to the wrong address provided by the customer, the fulfillment of the order is blocked and returned.

Please Note: Usually Topdser does not recommend the return of orders, because the international shipping cost is very high, and it takes more than 60 days to reach Topdser's Chinese warehouse. Most of the returned orders will be lost or damaged during the return period. The returned goods will be charged for the returned logistics fee, if your customer indeed want to return the products, please be sure to ask them provide accurate information.
